At Renu Therapy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them in the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
